Catering Stores Administrator – KZN We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Catering Stores Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety regulations and experience in a similar administrative role. Responsibilities – Manage and maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries – Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP and allergen management – Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries – Maintain a clean and organized storage environment, adhering to health and safety standards – Provide administrative support to the catering team, including data entry and reporting – Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless service delivery Requirements – 1+ year of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a catering or food service environment – Strong understanding of food safety regulations, including HACCP and allergen management – Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
