Lodge Manager Luxury Eco-Lodge | Western Cape Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and experienced Lodge Manager to join a prestigious luxury eco-lodge located along the Western Cape coastline. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, hands-on hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading a dedicated team in a world-class environment. Requirements: Minimum 5 years management experience in a luxury lodge or boutique hotel environment Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and control costs Solid knowledge of food, wine, and beverage operations Excellent organisational and time management abilities Passion for nature, sustainability, and eco-tourism South African citizenship or valid work permit essential Valid drivers licence and own transport Responsibilities: Oversee all lodge operations, including Front of House, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Maintenance, and Events Lead and mentor staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism Manage budgets, stock control, and operational costs in line with financial targets Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards across all departments Support the Food & Beverage team to maintain excellence in cuisine and service Drive guest satisfaction through attention to detail and personalised hospitality Manage HR functions including performance reviews, leave, and disciplinary processes in collaboration with the HR department Coordinate with the Marketing and Reservations teams to ensure accurate availability and promotions Oversee supplier relations, procurement, and cost management Work closely with event coordinators to ensure seamless delivery of weddings and special occasions Represent the lodge as a premier destination for eco-luxury travel and bespoke celebrations Package: Salary: Negotiable depending on experience Live-in accommodation can possibly be provided how ever this is a live out role To apply: Please send your updated CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo to Simone@ Apply Below.
