Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting wines by preference/occasion Provide expert knowledge on varieties, regions, and pairings Conduct tastings and recommend to enhance experience Process sales accurately; maintain records Stock management, restocking, and display merchandising Stay current with wine trends and industry news Support in-store events and marketing activations Requirements Experience in wine sales/hospitality/retail (advantage) WSET Level 1 minimum or strong willingness to learn Excellent customer service & communication skills Passion for wine; engaging, consultative approach Target-driven with proactive sales mindset Strong organization & attention to detail Flexible to work retail hours (weekends/holidays) Benefits Competitive base + commission Training and further wine education opportunities Dynamic; friendly work environment
