Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, including concept development, menu design, food preparation and service execution. Create innovative, seasonal menus that celebrate exceptional ingredients and tell a compelling culinary story. Inspire, train and mentor a talented kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth and precision. Maintain impeccable quality, presentation and consistency across all dishes and dining outlets. Drive operational excellence through effective food cost management, supplier relationships, inventory control and health & safety compliance. Partner closely with front-of-house and management teams to deliver seamless guest experiences. Respond to guest feedback and continuously refine and elevate the culinary offering. What Were Looking For Minimum of 2 years experience as a Head Chef (or equivalent leadership role) in a luxury hospitality environment. Proven ability to deliver exceptional, innovative cuisine in a fine-dining or five-star setting. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of developing talent and building high-performing teams. Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal abilities. A creative, forward-thinking approach with meticulous attention to detail. Up-to-date knowledge of global culinary trends, seasonality and sustainability.
