Your Position on the Field:
POS Systems – your front row
Windows PCs, scanners, printers, handhelds – your backline
Networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs) – your game plan
Cabling, hardware installs, and field troubleshooting – your breakdown work

Your Rugby IQ:
2–5 years in IT support (retail or multi-site provincial level)
Ability to read floor plans like a lock reads a lineout
Strong comms to guide non-tech teammates through the phases
Valid driver’s license – you’ll be travelling like a touring squad

Bonus Skills – Your Bok Credentials:
Oracle Retail or custom POS platforms
Service desk tools (ServiceNow, etc.)
CompTIA A+ / Network+ = your Springbok cap
CCTV, digital signage, in-store media = your kicking game

Match Day Conditions:
Travel to retail stores = away fixtures
Store openings & revamps = your test matches
After-hours & weekend work = extra time
Occasional lifting/installing = your gym session
