Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full AP function, ensuring accurate and timeous processing of invoices and payments. Lead, mentor, and support a team of 23 AP clerks, driving efficiency and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial regulations. Perform reconciliations, resolve queries, and maintain supplier relationships. Provide analytical insights to improve processes and support management reporting. What Youll Need: Degree in Accounting/Finance (SAICA/CIMA) non-negotiable. Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in Accounts Payable essential. Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to support and develop a small team. Experience in Freight Forwarding or a similar logistics environment highly advantageous.
