Duties and responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets, analyse reports, and reach goals through agreed strategies, such as growing accounts and sustaining and expanding the footprint.
• Achieve annual regional sales targets and report monthly on progress against targets and actuals.
• Plan weekly store visits, activations, and product training.
• Plan sales initiatives, strategies, and activations to increase stock movement through various accounts.
• Report weekly on store visits, activations, and product training.
• Recoup and analyse monthly sales and stock reports from stores for each brand.
• Merchandise the Company’s products within respective accounts.
• Manage accounts by establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships, and sustaining and growing accounts.
