Pretoria: Branch Manager

We are seeking a qualified Branch Manager to oversee our KZN branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing sales activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth. The Branch Manager will report to the Manager and should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Automotive Motor sector. If you have degree in Business Development and Marketing, or and possess strong leadership and communication skills, we want to hear from you! Qualification: Grade 12 Additional relevant qualification would be an advantage Minimum 5 years proven experience in operations management within the Tyre/Automotive industry. Strong knowledge of Tyre products, wholesale, distribution, and industry standards. Relevant qualification in Business Management/Operations/Supply Chain advantageous. Excellent leadership, people management, and negotiation skills. Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel nationally if needed. Clear Criminal record Skills: Results-driven and commercially focused. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines. Strategic thinker with hands-on management capability. High level of integrity, discipline, and professionalism.
