Key Responsibilities: Manage an assigned portfolio of house accounts effectively and accurately Handle incoming client queries and sales leads, quoting as required Act as a liaison between clients and operations, including booking services and resolving issues Manage tender processes from start to finish Monitor and maintain commodity pricing, conducting market visits quarterly Maintain and update all client contracts, reports, and internal documentation Identify opportunities to enhance revenue and improve client satisfaction Support the Depot and Sales Managers with accurate monthly reports and sales data Requirements: Matric (Senior Certificate) Computer literate especially with Microsoft Office Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales or client service environment Relevant tertiary education in sales/marketing (advantageous) Valid Code 8 drivers license Key Attributes: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven environment Passion for client service and environmental sustainability How to apply
