Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the Sales team to achieve departmental goals.
• Identify and pursue new markets and customer opportunities.
• Assist in the company’s branding and media communications activities, including exhibitions, website content, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify business needs, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Establish rapport with potential clients and arrange meetings to present company solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and managers to maximize sales opportunities and revenue.
• Plan, implement, and oversee new marketing initiatives.
• Provide feedback from the market to influence product development and strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Industrial Marketing, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in BOPP films or related industries.
• Proven track record in new business development and achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Established contacts with buyers in North and South America (preferred for BOPP films).
