Job Description
Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the Sales team to achieve departmental goals.
- Identify and pursue new markets and customer opportunities.
- Assist in the company’s branding and media communications activities, including exhibitions, website content, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify business needs, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Establish rapport with potential clients and arrange meetings to present company solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and managers to maximize sales opportunities and revenue.
- Plan, implement, and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Provide feedback from the market to influence product development and strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Industrial Marketing, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in BOPP films or related industries.
- Proven track record in new business development and achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Established contacts with buyers in North and South America (preferred for BOPP films).
