- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Update customer records and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Work towards meeting performance targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Matric certificate
NQF Level 5 certificate (non-negotiable)
2-3 years of experience in a banking call centre environment, handling high-profile clients (non-negotiable)
