Ons klint, Inteligro, wat gele is net buite Tulbagh, is op soek na n goed georganiseerde en pligsgetroue Admin Beampte om n sleutelrol in die bestuur van die dag-tot-dag funksies te kan verrig.
VERANTWOORDELIKHEDE
- Voorraad beheer van 2 x depots
- Bestellings
- Innames
- Prys vergelykings en aanpassings.
- Faktureering aan klinte
- Kwotasies
- Opvolg van debiteure
- Begrotings
- Logistiek van vragte
- Email & Navrae
- Lone
- UIF & E-filing
MINIMUM VEREISTES
- Graad 12
- Tenminste 3 jaar ervaring in n soortgelyke posisie
- Ervaring in n landbou omgewing en chemie sal voordelig wees
- Ervaring met tyd- en loonadministrasie,
- Rekenaarvaardigheid (MS Excel, e-pos, en finansile programme).
- Moet goed georganiseerd wees en pro-aktief kan werk
- Goeie kommunikasievaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels.
