• A proven track record in education leadership, preferably in the independent school sector.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to inspire both staff and learners.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A highly organized, energetic, and results-driven approach.

• Analytical thinking and sound decision-making abilities.

• Knowledge of 21st Century teaching methodologies, global academic trends, and ICT integration (advantageous).

  Key Responsibilities

  As Deputy Head, you will:

  • Partner with the Campus Head to implement the schools vision and strategic plan.
  • Provide professional leadership to ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and operations.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the High School.
  • Be an active member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to leadership and governance.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with parents on curriculum, policy, and school matters.
  • Assist in the recruitment, appraisal, and professional growth of staff.
  • Drive innovation in teaching practices to align with global and digital learning trends.
