What youll do: ? Curate unique, highly personalised itineraries across Africa ? Deliver a relationship-led service to high-net-worth clients ? Ensure flawless execution from first contact to post-travel follow-up ? Balance creativity, experience & budget to create unforgettable travel moments ? Build partnerships with top lodges, guides & service providers Were looking for someone with: 5+ years experience in luxury travel, safari planning, or high-end client service Deep knowledge of African destinations, especially Southern & East Africa Proven ability to engage & retain high-net-worth clients Strong communication & interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM (Zoho), itinerary builders (WETU, Safari Portal), and Microsoft Office Valid passport & drivers license ?
