Live-in Kendrick Recruitment is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Camp Manager to join a luxury tented camp inside the legendary Kruger National Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a love for the bush, and the ability to deliver unforgettable guest experiences in a remote, world-class setting. ? What youll be doing: Oversee smooth daily operations in partnership with lodge management Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a warm, personal touch Manage logistics, facilities, and staff with precision and care Lead; train, and motivate your camp team to excellence ? Drive sales of beverages & handcrafted curios to enhance the guest journey Ensure compliance with SANParks regulations, health & safety, and eco-friendly practices Assist with budgeting, stock control, and accurate reporting ? What youll need: Minimum 3 years experience in camp or lodge management (essential) Strong leadership & interpersonal skills, with a calm, guest-focused approach Valid drivers licence (off-road proficiency a plus) ? First aid knowledge & basic mechanical/electrical skills (advantageous) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Fluent in English (other African or foreign languages a bonus!)
