The Technical Support Manager provides expert pre- and post-sales technical support, ensuring smooth collaboration between Product Managers, Sales, and Quality Control. The role involves developing and approving technical documentation, specifications, and guarantees, managing their implementation on projects, and leading the Technical Assistance Team to maintain technical excellence.Key Responsibilities: Deliver technical support before and after sales, working closely with Sales, Product, and Quality teams.Conduct technical training for staff, customers, and applicators, and CPD presentations for Architects and Engineers.Prepare and approve specifications, method statements, and guarantees, ensuring correct application systems for each project. Oversee QA/QC processes, site investigations, and claims management in line with company procedures.Collaborate with R&D on product improvements and development to meet market demands.Keep technical documentation updated and aligned with corporate guidelines. Engage with construction authorities to remain informed on regulations and standards.Lead, develop, and supervise the Technical Assistance Team, ensuring continuous improvement.Support Marketing with technical input for expos, seminars, and reference projects.Requirements: Education: NQF Level 7 or higher in Civil Engineering / Chemical engineering or related field.Experience:5+ years in construction materials and 3+ years in Management
