They are a strong leader with excellent communication skills, capable of supporting smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Proactive, adaptable, and safety-conscious, they uphold high standards and thrive in a remote bush environment. EXPERIENCE Diploma in Hotel or Food & Beverage Management At least 5 years supervisory experience with significant luxury/camp experience. Charismatic with exception guest relations and hosting skills Excellent operations and administrative skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a remote setting Strong financial acumen and ability to manage camp budgets and cost control High energy, positive, dynamic. Ability to work in remote locations for extended periods Sound employment history with contactable references.
