Midrand: Sales and Logistics Assistant

Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) 2-4 years experience in sales support, logistics, or customer service Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Knowledge of import/export processes and international shipping (if applicable) Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and customer inquiries Prepare and follow up on sales proposals and contracts Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates Communicate with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and product availability Logistics Support: Coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers Track deliveries and resolve any logistics-related issues or delays Prepare shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs paperwork, etc.) Maintain inventory records and assist in stock control
