JOB SUMMARY: The incumbent performs general clerical & admin duties related to capturing and updating of data, time sheets administration, filing and other general clerical / admin duties. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Diploma / Certificate in Office Administration/Office Practice/SecretarialMatric / Grade 12 3 years experience in a similar job (in a recruitment/placement agency/hospital environment – an advantage)Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Sage / Pastel or similar)Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Self-discipline and high level of integrity Fast learner with good attention to detailCVs and copies of qualifications/credentials.NB: Preference to employment equity candidates residing in or around Cape Town area.
