Job Description
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Proven experience in providing executive-level administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong personal leadership with a focus on organizational mission and stakeholder priorities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Competence in programme planning and management.
- Ability to effectively manage resources and ensure responsible stewardship.
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving objectives.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across various levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and project support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage office communications, documentation, and filing systems (electronic and hard copy).
- Coordinate diaries, schedule meetings, and prepare minutes as required.
- Assist with procurement of office supplies, groceries, and meeting catering.
- Monitor office equipment and report maintenance needs to the relevant department.
- Perform general clerical tasks including typing, scanning, and copying.
