We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of an exciting new restaurant concept launching in Cape Town. This role requires a chef who thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced environment and brings both creative flair and disciplined operational oversight. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the kitchenfrom menu design and sourcing to team leadership and kitchen systemswith a deep passion for mentorship, training, and developing junior chefs. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in a Head or Executive Chef position in an upmarket, high-volume kitchen.
