Track pipeline performance, report on business development progress, and benchmark against targets. Proactively manage business risks through continuous internal and external impact monitoring and stakeholder analysis. Lead improvement initiatives that enhance profitability or mitigate functional risks. Uphold the highest ethical standards in all operational practices. Ensure full compliance with InnoVent initiatives through regular audits and timely corrective actions. External Parties and Relationship Management Manage service provider relationships, ensuring quality delivery, evaluating consultant performance, and escalating deviations for corrective action. Act as a trusted advisor to operational Heads and Group Executives, fostering strong, collaborative relationships. Job Description Actively and consistently manage all partner and customer interactions, including during the sales cycle, using the company’s approved account planning methodology to maintain a high level of new customer satisfaction.
