Job & Company Description: As the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the engineering team, overseeing budgets, driving design innovation, and ensuring technical excellence across all solar and energy projects. You will play a critical role in advising MANCO and EXCO on technical and strategic decisions, while fostering a culture of accountability, development, and continuous improvement.
