SPA CO-ORDINATOR SEA POINT – Atlantic Seaboard, Western Cape (ZA) START: A.S.A.P / 01 November 2025 TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS Monday – Saturday 08:00 – 17:00 / 10:00 – 19:00 (shifts rotate) Sundays & Major Public Holidays – CLOSED REPORT TO: Manager EMPLOYMENT TERMS : Full Time SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS: R13,500 Salary per month R3,000 Performance Incentive Bonus (upon achieving monthly target) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Spa Reception / Assistant Spa Manager experience Highly competent running schedules of a very busy spa (we have 31 columns to manage) Professional, guest-focused communication skills (personal & electronic) Booking systems experienced (ESP / Chi-Desk / Booksy / Salonbridge, etc.) Able to work under pressure – this is a very busy desk BONUS – qualification in Salon or Spa related industry Based within reasonable and feasible travel distance to Sea Point Fluent, confident, clear English vocabulary Team player – we are a big team Client orientated, friendly demeanour and timely.
