Job Description
A leading company in the optical industry is seeking dynamic Regional Managers to oversee operations across multiple branches in the respective regions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Completed SAIPA articles or equivalent
- Valid driver license and own vehicle
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Willingness to work retail hours, including some weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective stock control and inventory management
- Ensuring excellent customer service standards
- Human resource management, including recruitment, training, retention, and disciplinary processes
- Full financial oversight of allocated stores
Remuneration:
R20 000 R30 000 per month, based on experience
