Johannesburg: Senior Trainer Hospitality Division

What youll be doing Design and deliver training programs across front office, housekeeping, and guest services Coach and mentor supervisors and managers in preparation for succession into key roles Identify and develop high-potential staff for leadership pipelines Conduct skills gap analyses and align training with operational and brand standards Standardize training materials, SOPs, and competency assessments across properties Partner with HR and Operations to support performance management and career development initiatives What youll need Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field 5 – 8 years hotel management experience, preferably as Rooms Division or Operations Manager Proven experience in staff training, mentoring, and performance development Knowledge of housekeeping standards, front office systems, and guest experience management ETDP/SETQAA or facilitator/assessor certification is advantageous Valid drivers license and access to a car (travel to multiple sites required) Clear criminal record Grade 12 certificate and further education diploma Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and coaching ability Deep understanding of hotel operations and service standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; presentable and able to engage effectively with staff at all levels Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple properties or training sites Results-driven with excellent administrative and reporting skills Passionate about people development and long-term talent growth What is in it for you?
