? Your Key Responsibilities & Growth Levers
? Core Responsibilities (Your Foundation):
- Deliver the magic: Execute high-impact, engaging learning sessions across multiple modalities — from ILT to e-learning to coaching circles.
- Be a creator: Co-create and, over time, independently design cutting-edge learning content, facilitator guides, and quick-reference tools that make learning stick.
- Investigate and innovate: Conduct robust Training Needs Analyses (TNA) using performance data, quality insights, and stakeholder interviews to uncover what really drives success.
- Coach with heart: Provide personalized, actionable coaching to agents and team leads, fostering real behavioural change that lasts.
- Own the admin game:
- Maintain 100% accurate and up-to-date training records, attendance, and completions in the LMS.
- Generate crisp weekly and monthly reports on training compliance, assessment scores, and evaluations.
- Keep all training materials and resources neatly organized, version-controlled, and accessible on shared drives.
? Qualifications & Experience: What You Bring
- Essential: Grade 12 / Matric.
- Strongly Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in OD-ETDP, Education, Training & Development, or a related field. (Don’t have it yet? No problem — we’ll invest in the right talent to get you there!)
- Experience: 1–2 years in a training, coaching, or customer-facing leadership role within a BPO or fast-paced environment is ideal.
