Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 essential
• 2–3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor at a franchised dealership (motor industry experience essential)
• Strong technical understanding of vehicles
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Kerridge, Automate, or similar DMS systems
• Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, and open job cards
• Communicate with workshop technicians and keep customers updated on progress
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and follow up on authorisations
• Manage invoicing and ensure timely completion of service documentation
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries professionally
• Promote aftersales products and services
