Job Description

Required Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Reliable and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events. Prior experience in facilities support, event coordination, or customer service. Computer Literate Must have matric Key Responsibilities: Building Administration: Serve as the first point of contact for building-related inquiries, issues. Monitor and maintain building cleanliness, safety, and functionality; report maintenance concerns as needed. Oversee the opening/closing of the building and ensure daily operations run smoothly. Ensure compliance with safety, access, and occupancy policies. Events Support: Assist the Events Planner with the setup, execution, and teardown of events and programs. Prepare spaces with necessary materials, decorations, signage, and equipment. Troubleshoot issues during events (e.g., technical problems, last-minute layout changes). Welcome attendees and provide customer service during events as needed. Support event promotion through on-site displays or distributing materials. How to Apply:
