Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our hospitality operation with excellence and integrity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth through strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including front of house, food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest services
- Lead, motivate, and develop staff to ensure consistently high service standards
- Drive revenue growth through effective cost control, marketing initiatives, and operational efficiency
- Maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hospitality regulations
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports and forecasts
- Implement and uphold company policies, service standards, and brand values
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ management experience within the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, or similar environment preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent financial and operational management abilities
- Proven experience in improving service quality and operational performance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
- Professional appearance and conduct at all times
