VACANCY: TEAM LEADER – MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS
 
We are looking for a Team Leader with strong technical and operational experience to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Krugersdorp, Gauteng.
 
Minimum Requirements:

• Fitter and Turner or Maintenance background
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proven leadership abilities and team supervision skills
• Trade Certificate or relevant Diploma
• Hands-on knowledge of equipment, safety, and operational processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities
• Lead and support a team of technicians/operators
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
• Maintain safety and compliance standards
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives

 
Salary Negotiable based on experience from R15 000 – R18 000 per month.
