Key Responsibilities:

• Use market and industry insights to guide the development of innovative life insurance products and services.
• Analyse large data sets to identify trends, new business opportunities and strategic insights.
• Collaborate with distribution, marketing, and product teams to optimise product strategies and support growth in the IFA channel.
• Contribute to the R&D team’s mission of enhancing client value and maintaining the company’s competitive edge.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum of a relevant Actuarial or Mathematical Degree; progress with actuarial exams is essential.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within the Life Insurance industry, ideally in product development, analytics or R&D.
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving abilities; advanced Excel and statistical tools (e.g. SQL, R, and Python) an advantage.
• Ability to present complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative team player with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
