Job Description

Our Client is seeking a Personal Assistant / Property Administration on a temporary basis (3 month contract with the possibility of staying on).

Job purpose:

To assist Director with daily administration of the office and management of properties.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  1. Do monthly invoicing and update statements on Excel.
  2. Keep daily filling up to date.
  3. Marketing of properties .
  4. Vetting of new tenants.
  5. Attending to lease renewals.
  6. Full monthly management of properties.
  7. Arranging of property maintenance.
  8. Control tenants moving in and out.
  9. Debtors.
  10. Creditors.
  11. Update of loan schedules (Bonds & other loans).
  12. Prepare salaries for staff.
  13. Attend to UIF matters.
  14. Keep staff leave up to date.
  15. Attend to Petty Cash.
  16. Vehicle licencing & renewals of all vehicles.
  17. Typing of correspondence.
  18. Booking of flights, vehicles & accommodation.
  19. Answering and screening of incoming calls.
  20. Collect and sort post.
  21. Ensuring that we have all stationary and beverage at the office.
  22. Preparation of VAT files for accountants.
  23. Preparation of yearly income tax files.
  24. Attend to all insurance claims for vehicles and properties.
  25. Assist Director with Administration or Personal Assistant duties.
  26. All other

Experience as a Personal Assistant / Property Administrator

Hours: 08:00 – 13:00

Salary: R 6000 – R10000 ctc per month
