Description: An established luxury hotel in Cape Town is seeking a highly experienced Sommelier to lead its wine service, curate an exceptional wine programme, and elevate guest dining experiences. This role requires strong wine knowledge, polished service, and proven experience in a hotel or fine-dining environment .
