Receptionist / Reservationist Luxury Coastal Guesthouse (Hermanus) We are seeking a warm, professional, and service-driven Receptionist / Reservationist to join our elegant seaside property in the heart of Hermanus . Known for its charm, comfort, and relaxed sophistication, our guesthouse offers an intimate hospitality experience overlooking the picturesque harbour and oceanfront. The ideal candidate will have strong front office and reservations experience ; with excellent communication and organisational skills. Youll be responsible for providing a seamless guest journey from handling enquiries and reservations to ensuring each guest receives a warm welcome and efficient check-out. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality Proficiency in Hotelier and Nightsbridge an advantage Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Professional presentation and a genuine passion for guest service Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings (until 8pm) and weekends This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a small, dedicated team that prides itself on personal service and creating memorable guest experiences in one of South Africas most scenic destinations.
