Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Building Foreman or similar role
- Bachelors degree/ National Diploma in Construction Management
- At least 3 years of experience as a foreman
- Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Familiarity with construction software packages
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Understanding of building products, construction details, and relevant regulations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
