Key Responsibilities Validate models end-to-end across multiple domains, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance. Build challenger models to stress-test assumptions and improve model performance. Work closely with technical and business teams to provide insight, feedback, and model challenge. Review, document, and report findings clearly to support risk and decision-making. Job Experience and Skills Required Honors in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Data Science. 3 years experience building, validating, or monitoring scorecards (credit application, behavior, or marketing). Solid experience with data mining, predictive modelling, and analysis. Strong understanding of the full credit lifecycle. Able to work across multiple model types without getting overwhelmed.
