Role:  Accountant
Location:  Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape

Responsibilities:

• Compile financial statements for companies and Close Corporations using Draftworx.
• Manage tax returns and handle SARS administration.
• Perform monthly bookkeeping tasks using Pastel.
• Calculate VAT and prepare VAT returns.
• Handle a large portfolio of clients 

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Draftworx and Pastel.
• Strong understanding of VAT calculations and returns.
• Experience with tax returns and SARS admin.
• Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently and effectively.
• CA qualification is not necessary but will be considered an advantage.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
