• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on BMW vehicles.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure all work meets BMW quality standards.
• Use BMW ISTA diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex faults.
• Complete job cards accurately and on time.
• Support junior technicians and apprentices where needed.
• Maintain compliance with workshop safety and environmental policies.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues.

Requirements:

• Qualified Motor Mechanic (Red Seal or equivalent).
• 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience (BMW or German brand experience advantageous).
• Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Valid driver’s licence (Code B).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
