Requirements:
• National Diploma in Information Technology or Equivalent
• 5+ Years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a Software Development environment
• Experience working within an Agile environment
• Experience with SCRUM and Waterfall practices
• Knowledge of Software Development lifecycles
• Comfortable working independently

Skills and Responsibilities:
• Investigates and keeps abreast of inhouse systems, technology infrastructure and operational procedures.
• Maintains a high level of knowledge about client’s business and related application requirements.

• A four-year tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying / Mining / Metallurgy / Industrial Engineering / Information Technology –
• an advantage
• One-year relevant experience in an operational environment
• Advanced computer literacy in MS Office Suite – working knowledge of Excel (VBA an advantage)
• Working knowledge of SQL – an advantage (please indicate on CV/application)
• Working knowledge of Power BI and/or MSBI – an advantage
• OTHER SKILLS / COMPETENCIES FOR ALL OPTIONS:
• Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
