Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in building services to join their team in Cape Town.

This role requires a highly experienced professional to lead and manage complex projects, ensuring top-quality design and execution in various engineering domains, including reticulation and renewable energy sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee the design and project execution supervision in the consulting engineering industry.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise in the reticulation industry.
• Drive design and project execution supervision in the solar or wind sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and execution.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and staff.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Consulting Engineering industry after obtaining a degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Over 10 years of design and project execution supervision experience in the reticulation industry.
• At least 5 years of design and project execution supervision experience in the solar or wind sector.
• Professional registration as a Certified Energy Manager is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and completing complex engineering projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
