Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil construction and a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
– Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
– Develop project timelines and budgets
– Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders
– Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
– Ensure all project activities comply with safety and quality standards
– Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other key stakeholders
– Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to management
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management (Intermediate)
– Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management (Senior)
– Experience in civil construction projects
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of construction project management software and tools
