• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Junior Engineers and operational staff.
• Drive measurable improvements in throughput, cost savings, and overall operational excellence.

Do You Have…?:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (Master’s advantageous).
• Minimum 7–10 years proven experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence and engage with stakeholders across all business levels.
