Johannesburg: Rope Access Technicians (Level 1, 2 & 3)

Duties and Responsibilities: Perform rope access tasks such as inspections, maintenance, and support for scaffolding work. Follow IRATA/ IWH rope access safety procedures. Ensure correct setup of equipment and anchor points. Support scaffolding teams when required. Level 3: Oversee rope access operations and perform rescue. Minimum Requirements: Level 1 Valid Rope Access Level 1 Certification (IRATA/IWH). Ability to perform basic rigging and rope manoeuvres. Level 2 Valid Rope Access Level 2 Certification. Minimum 1,000 logged hours as Level 1. Able to perform advanced rigging tasks and supervise Level 1 technicians. Level 3 Valid Rope Access Level 3 Certification. Minimum 2,000 logged hours and proven supervisory experience. Strong rescue capability and ability to manage all rope access operations. All levels must: Have valid medical fitness to work at heights. Have previous site experience. Follow strict safety protocols.
