Job Description
Our client, a reputable automotive dealership, is seeking to employ an experienced Parts Sales Person to join their team.
The ideal candidate must be customer-focused, well-presented, and confident in working within a fast-paced dealership environment.
3 years experience in parts sales will secure.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
- Valid drivers licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in parts sales
- Previous experience working in a franchise dealership
- Strong ability to interpret parts accurately
- Experience processing parts orders and quotations
- Proven customer service background
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Assist customers with parts enquiries, pricing, and availability
- Interpret parts using catalogues and electronic parts systems
- Process customer and workshop parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow up on back orders, deliveries, and outstanding requests
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work closely with workshop, service, and sales departments
- Maintain an organised and professional parts counter and storeroom
- Handle documentation related to parts sales and returns
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00
- Saturday: 08:00 12:00
