Job Description
Sales support function with a specific focus on MRO and project coordination (admin & execution).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate information at all times throughout the Project coordination or day-to-day quoting process.
- Establish and maintain effective communication links with other company departments about project coordination.
- Prepare, design, control and maintain accurate relevant documentation (doc. Control)
- Maintain a good understanding and knowledge of company products and of relevant techniques to ensure that the role is carried out as effectively as possible.
- Ensure Sales policies and procedures are met.
- Collaborate comfortably with various professionals.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
- Manage project scope changes
- Manage customers’ needs/requirements and expectations
- Compiling sales quotations (using pricelist/costing model)
- Managing project tender submissions
- Facilitating review of T&Cs, risk, commercial and legal
- Project administration from start to finish
Requirements:
- Project Management qualification(advantage)
- Marketing or Sales Diploma (beneficial).
- 3-5 years’ proven experience in Internal Sales, within a similar environment.
- 3-5 years proven experience within a project environment
- 3-5 years in the valve, automation and control industry
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and advanced MS Excel.
- Familiar with MS Project software and AutoCAD (or similar) software
