Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced HR professional with strong leadership qualities to oversee and manage our Maitland based clients’ workforce. This role requires someone who is assertive, disciplined, and capable of handling a large team with authority and fairness. You will need to be able to work Mon – Sat and start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all staff are punctual, properly uniformed and signed in / out daily
- Oversee HR administration and employee records
- Monitor attendance and enforce workplace discipline
- Support recruitment, onboarding and staff management processes
- Act as a firm but fair leader to maintain order and productivity
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years HR experience in a supervisory / managerial role
- Proven track record of managing 100+ staff members
- Strong managerial and leadership skills
- Able to enforce company policies and ensure compliance
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Resilient personality – able to handle pressure and maintain discipline
- Preference will be given to male applicants
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable, transport
- Working Hours: 06:00 – 15:00 (Mon – Fri) + 06:00 – 10:00 (Sat)
