Do You?: Lead and deliver industrial engineering projects to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality. Analyse workflows, production processes, and resource allocation to implement Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Junior Engineers and operational staff. Drive measurable improvements in throughput, cost savings, and overall operational excellence. Do You Have?: A Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering (Masters advantageous). Minimum 710 years proven experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role. Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
