Cape Town Region: Collections Administrator

Key Responsibilities: Contact clients to follow up on outstanding payments Update and maintain accurate records on internal systems Handle queries professionally and provide feedback timeously Prepare daily/weekly reports on collections progress Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve account issues Ensure all documentation is organised and filed correctly Requirements: Strong administration skills. Fully computer literate. 35 years workplace experience. Excellent written and verbal communication in English/ Afrikaans. Valid drivers licence (advantageous, not compulsory).
