Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, cleanliness, and safety Lead and manage staff across all departments Handle customer service, feedback, and complaints Coordinate childrens parties, events, and group bookings Manage stock, suppliers, and inventory Support marketing, social media, and community engagement Monitor sales and operational performance Requirements: 3 years experience in operations or hospitality management Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Comfortable working weekends Tech-savvy with POS/booking system experience Warm, energetic, child-friendly, and calm under pressure ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONATCTED
